Installation Process

From inspection to cure, every step protects the bond and finish.

Our epoxy flooring process begins with thorough concrete preparation, including diamond grinding and crack repair, to ensure maximum adhesion and durability. We then apply a premium epoxy base coat, decorative flakes (if selected), and a high-performance protective topcoat. Every floor is professionally installed and inspected to provide a seamless, attractive, and long-lasting finish for residential and commercial spaces.

Inspection & Evaluation

Inspect the concrete for cracks, moisture issues, coatings, oil stains, and damage. Test for moisture vapor transmission if necessary to determine the appropriate coating system for the customer’s needs.

Surface Preparation

Remove dirt, grease, oil, and contaminants. Mechanically grind the concrete using diamond grinders or shot blasting equipment to open concrete pores, vacuuming all dust and debris, and repairing cracks/damaged areas.

Crack & Joint Repair

Fill cracks and joints with epoxy crack filler or polyurea to repair surface imperfections. Allow repairs to cure and grind completely smooth before coating.

Primer Coat (If Applicable)

Apply a premium epoxy primer to improve adhesion, penetrate concrete pores, and seal the concrete completely. Allow proper cure time before subsequent coats.

Base Coat Application

Mix professional-grade epoxy according to precise manufacturer specifications. Apply the base coat evenly using industrial squeegees and rollers to create a thick, durable layer.

Decorative Flake or Quartz Broadcast (Optional)

Broadcast vinyl color flakes or quartz aggregate aggregate to full refusal into the wet base coat, creating a beautiful textured pattern. Allow the floor to cure.

Scrape & Clean

Reclaim and brush away excess flakes. Scrape the entire surface smooth in multiple directions to eliminate sharp edges, and vacuum thoroughly to ensure a clean base.

Topcoat Application

Apply a high-performance clear topcoat (epoxy, polyaspartic, or polyurethane) to seal the floor, protect it from UV rays, abrasion, and chemicals, and ensure uniform coverage.

Final Inspection

Thoroughly inspect the completed floor for coverage, consistency, gloss level, and any defects. Verify complete customer satisfaction before demobilizing.

Curing & Return to Service

Ensure proper cure times before regular use:
• Foot traffic: 12 to 24 hours
• Light vehicle traffic: 24 to 48 hours
• Full cure: 5 to 7 days (varies by product)
