Residential Epoxy Flooring Warranty
3 Years from Date of Installation
Epoxy Stars LLC warrants that its epoxy flooring installation will be free from defects in workmanship that result in peeling, blistering, or delamination under normal residential use during the warranty period.
✓ Covered Under This Warranty
- Peeling or delamination caused by defective installation
- Manufacturing defects in the epoxy materials
- Excessive bubbling caused by installation errors
✗ Not Covered Under This Warranty
- Moisture vapor transmission, hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or water intrusion
- Damage from impacts, dragging heavy objects, or misuse
- Scratches, scuffs, tire wear, stains, or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, battery acid, or improper cleaning products
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by others
- Acts of nature, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other natural disasters
Warranty Remedy: At its sole discretion, Epoxy Stars LLC will repair or recoat the affected area at no charge. Warranty remedies are limited to the original installation area only.
Commercial Epoxy Flooring Warranty
1 Year from Date of Installation
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all commercial installations carry a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials supplied by Epoxy Stars LLC.

- Installation-related peeling
- Installation-related delamination
- Defects in materials supplied and installed by Epoxy Stars LLC
✗ Not Covered Under This Warranty
- Excessive wear from forklifts, pallet jacks, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment beyond the floor's specified design
- Concrete movement, cracking, or substrate failure
- Moisture-related issues, hydrostatic pressure, or water intrusion
- Chemical spills, abrasions, burns, impacts, or misuse
- Improper maintenance or cleaning procedures
- Repairs or modifications by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
